These are the main service details to help you plan. Your written quotation confirms the agreed scope, deliverables, timing and applicable terms before work begins. Sending an enquiry does not create a booking.
Prices and quotations
Displayed prices are in GBP and include VAT. Bespoke work and additional scope are quoted separately. Priority options depend on availability. No follower, reach, lead or sales outcome is guaranteed.
Revisions
Branding packages include the revision rounds shown. Additional in-scope branding revisions are £35 per round; new concepts are quoted separately. Newsletter and leaflet packages include one consolidated in-scope revision round. Corrections to our own errors are free.
Newsletter and flyer design
You supply the text, images and branding. Packages include professional design, basic checks for obvious text and layout errors, and a high-quality digital or print-ready PDF as agreed. Printing, distribution, professional copywriting or proofreading, photography, email platform setup and newsletter sending are excluded. Extra work is quoted separately. The £15 newsletter additional-page fee applies only beyond eight pages.
Video and filming
Video editing uses client-supplied footage unless filming is agreed separately. Filming does not automatically include editing, photography or additional equipment. The first 10 round-trip travel miles are included, followed by 45p per additional eligible mile, with parking extra where applicable.
Monthly support
Monthly Reel editing is a rolling prepaid subscription with 30-day cancellation; unused Reels expire. Filming and publishing are not included. Brand Care is rolling prepaid with 30-day cancellation; hours generally do not roll over, and revision work uses the included hours.
Payment arrangements
Standalone creative projects under £300 are paid upfront. Projects of £300 or more normally have a 50% booking payment and 50% before final release. Standalone video editing is paid upfront. Filming and event bookings normally require 30% at booking and 70% at least seven days before the booking. The applicable arrangement is confirmed in your quotation.
